Today will be my final visit to this location. Today after sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes to place my order...I was told at the pick up window not the pay window, that my order would take another 20 mins...my money was refunded, but only for the item requiring the 20 min wait. My prior visit resulted in a similar time wasted with the result being a partially raw chicken sandwich.
I have never seen service this slow in a fast food restaurant. I've now been in line for 30 minutes with three cars in front of me.
Visited the drive through and paid for a large chili and 2 small chilis. Didn't get the large. Ordered Jr. Burgers with every thing...got a burger with 2 pickles and one ring. Of course we were on our way and already out on highway 23 before we discovered it.....food tasted fine though.
