I don't think they totally have it together. Couldn't follow a simple request.
The only thing I get is a chicken biscuit or a hot ham cheese

Fast service! Suggest drive thru- not a place to eat with family, dirty. Not a lot of good things to say, i would drive across town to eat elsewhere. Is this site a franchise maybe, I've only had great visits at all other locations, shocked leaving the store
We passed through Paris, KY on Labor Day to see a local car dealer. We decided to stop at Hardees for a bite to eat, and a milkshake for our daughter. The young lady who helped us was about the friendliest fast food employee we've come across in a long time, and offered to customize the milkshake to something that wasn't on the menu. I would not EXPECT that every time, but they weren't overly busy and it was a nice gesture to take the extra time & effort. The restaurant is an older building, but it looked to have been re-decorated not too long ago AND it was very clean. SURE, you can always see a bit of a mess as you look back into the prep area, but nothing bad and the dining area was great. I had the Charbroiled Chicken Club, my wife had some Chicken Tenders and O-rings. All were hot and fresh.
