It was a slow time, mid afternoon but the friendly fast service won me over. Food was adequate
It was a nice dinner. We haven't been to Giovanni's for several months because it was going down hill. It appears to be under new management because it was clean and nice tonight.
I ordered a pizza and a Pepsi to be delivered. They delivered but my pizza was the wrong pizza. I called and they said they would credit my account but would charge me for the Pepsi and delivery fee . I tried to explain I did not agree with delivery fee as it was their mistake but she did not care. This Pepsi cost me almost $5.00. I will NEVER order from them again!
This place is absolutely horrific. Placed an order and somewhere along the way it was messed up when I called them the lady on the phone was rude when she wouldn't let me get more than a few words out I asked for the owner hoping for a better outcome. I WAS WRONG!! He proceeded to be worse than the first person I talked to and when I told him he didn't need to be so rude to me he called me f**cking stupid and hung up on me. Drove up there to speak to a manager or something to no such luck tried to get my money and no luck there either I will NEVER deal with the terrible terrible people again
Decent place to eat. Great salad bar.
