We order very frequently, and have always been pleased. This time was horrific! The girl on the phone Rebecca screamed at me, because I was inquiring about where my pizza was after ordering it and tracking my order I noticed it had been out for delivery for over 35 minutes. After explaining to her that I didn’t want to pay 30 bucks for cold pizza I told her I would be contacting her GM she laughed and said go ahead he won’t care what you have to say. Needless to say my 2 liter was hot and the pizza ice cold.
I've ordered from this place for over 2 years. Customer service is good, they are very fast, and the pizza is always good. The new building looks awesome, I haven't been inside yet the only thing that could make it better is a drive thru pick up. I've had maybe 1-2 slip ups on my orders before but it's rare and if they do mess up it's just something small like sauce.
Delivery service is not good. Order placed at 10:40am and order was not responded to or delivered on time. We will have to use someone else as a lunch provider in the future.
First time trying Domino's in Paris; LAST time I will try Domino's in Paris. The pizza looked like a first grader made it. Obviously Domino's doesn't have any requirements for working in their chain of stores that says you need to have some inkling of how toppings should be put on pizza prior to baking it. Spinach leaves should at least touch the sauce when added rather than being the last thing applied; then the customer gets something besides dehydrated leaves. Ya Think! Obviously not.
