So far I've been to Downtown Dentistry for a cleaning and to get a cavity filled and I have no complaints. It has been the best experience I've ever had in a dental office. The staff are very nice and courteous and the space is extremely clean and modern. That combined with their location in the throwback downtown of Paris, KY is a winning combination.
Dr. Brandt Brooks is everything you could want out of a dentist. Besides being talented and well educated in his craft, he has great patient-relationship skills that can't be taught. He puts YOUR comfort first while in the chair and patiently explains the 'whats' and 'whys' of the procedure. To top off all that - he personally does follow up calls later in the day to make sure everything is still alright.
Went yesterday for a cleaning for my son and I and we really enjoyed our visit! Michelle did our cleaning and was amazing! My 7 year old really enjoyed his cleaning with her she was very patient and explained everything she was going to him. We will definitely be back for our next cleaning that we’ve already scheduled with Denise at check-out!! Wonderful atmosphere!!
Dr's Brandt and Charis Brooks truly are the most caring and professional Dentists that I have ever had to work on my teeth. I most recently had a filling removed and replaced and couldn't be more happy with the results. I was kept informed on what was happening throughout the procedure which made me feel at ease. The staff were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend Downtown Dentistry for all of your dental needs.
We absolutely love Downtown Dentistry! We drive from Lexington to see Dr. Brooks and his fabulous staff. They are professional and kind, and are great with our kids. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a dentist, Dr. Brooks at Downtown Dentistry is the place to go!
I recently had a chipped front tooth and Ashley and Dr. Brooks did an amazing job. I have an extreme fear of dental work but I can honestly say they did a wonderful job and eased my fears! I have been a patient for several years for cleanings, which are always great. The staff is very compassionate, professional, and informative.
I still won't say that I enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Brooks and his team at Downtown Dentistry bring the Tooth 'A' game!
